With over 15 years of cheer experience and 10 years dedicated to coaching, Jacob Matthew brings unmatched passion, experience, and heart to Elevate Elite Cheer & Tumbling.

His journey began on the mat as an athlete, but his calling became clear when he stepped into a coaching role. From that moment, Jacob’s focus has been on creating a culture where athletes thrive, teams bond, and dreams take flight.

Meet Coach ALLISYN

Welcoming Coach ALLISYN

I’ve been living and breathing cheer for 20 years—starting at just 3 years old. For the last 6 years, I’ve had the privilege of coaching athletes at every stage, from youth cheer newbies to seasoned all-star competitors. I spent ages 7 to 11competing in all-star cheer myself before shifting my focus to tumbling, which carried me all the way through high school. I trained year-round and earned a spot on varsity for three out of my four years.

One of my biggest accomplishments was coaching an all-star team that went on to win a national championship in their level—a moment that solidified how deeply I love helping athletes unlock their full potential.

Cheer isn’t just something I do—it’s who I am. I show up with passion, energy, and a genuine love for watching athletes grow, improve, and discover their own strengths.
