3. GOOGLE ACCOUNT AND GMAIL INTEGRATION

Elevate Elite uses Google OAuth to connect an authorized Elevate Elite Google account to our scheduling system.

Our scheduling system requests permission to send email through Gmail so that Elevate Elite can send transactional communications related to our services.

These communications may include:

- Private lesson request confirmations
- Booking confirmations
- Schedule changes
- Rescheduling notices
- Cancellation notices
- Lesson reminders
- Other service-related scheduling communications

Our scheduling system is configured to use Google authorization for sending these transactional emails.

We do not use this authorization to:

- Read or monitor the user's Gmail inbox
- Access unrelated email messages
- Access email content that is not required to send Elevate Elite communications
- Sell Google user data

- Use Google user data for unrelated marketing purposes

Google OAuth authorization credentials and tokens used by our scheduling system are stored securely and used only to provide the authorized email functionality.

We do not sell Google user data.

Google user data is not shared with third parties except when reasonably necessary to operate and secure our services, comply with applicable law, or protect the rights and security of Elevate Elite and its users.

Users may revoke Google account access at any time through their Google Account security settings.
